The following is a step-by-step guide to using our Website. Our Custom Pet Monuments are perfect for anyone wanting to celebrate the life of their pet with a personalized photo or message. The following steps will help guide you through the process to ensure you are happy with the final product.
1) Add a Monument to your Shopping Cart. We have several Small and Large Monuments to choose from with Granite, Millstone, Sandstone and White Marble options. Simply add a Monument by going to that Monument's page and click "Add To Cart" to get started.
2) Click "Continue Shopping" above on the Shopping Cart page or "Products" in the top navigation. This will take you back to the Products page that shows all available options. From here we want to find the "Large Plaque" or "Small Plaque" option.
3) Choose the "Large Plaque" or "Small Plaque" option based on the size of the Monument you chose with the "Large Plaque" going with the Large Monument size and "Small Plaque" pairing with the Small Monument size.
4) On the Large or Small Plaque product page, click the blue button that says "Customize It." This is where you can personalize your plaque with a photograph and messaging about your pet.
It is now time to utilize our online editor where you can import your own customized photo (Option A), or work with our professional graphic artist (Option B - scroll down page) to help you through the process of creating an even more personal monument.
How To Use The Editor (Option A)
Navigate to the correct size plaque for your monument. There is more than one physical size, so make sure you choose the correct one.
Get any pictures you'd like to add to the plaque and click "UPLOAD FILE".
Here you can choose from a wide selection of background photos, or you can use your own by clicking "UPLOAD NEW" and selecting your image.
Once you've added an image, you can hold click and drag the image around to put it wherever you want, and there are also button around it that let you manipulate it even more.
Once you are content with your selection click "Order Now" on the right side of the page to preview and choose a quantity (if more than one is needed), then "Add To Cart" at the bottom. Once the item is in your Cart you can proceed to payment options as Google Pay as well as traditional Credit Card options are available. Once your order has been placed we will receive it and be in contact in regards to the expected completion and shipping time.
Graphic Artist (Option B)
If you're not comfortable creating a custom plaque on your own, our team of professional graphic artists can assist you with the process. They have years of experience and will work with you to ensure that the final product is exactly what you want.
To get started with our graphic artist service, simply purchase the Graphic Artist Service item, and contact us through email with your receipt. We'll connect you with one of our artists who will guide you through the process and answer any questions you might have.
When working with our graphic artist, you can expect a high level of collaboration and flexibility. Our artists are will listen closely to your needs and ideas, and will work with you to bring your vision to life. They can create custom designs, incorporate photos, and help you choose the right text and font for your plaque.
The graphic artist service includes up to 3 revisions. If you would like more revisions, you can purchase them for an additional fee. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your final product.
